NeoCell Instagram Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Piping Rock UK Limited (company number 12160645), registered office: 2 Ashridge Close, Leicester, United Kingdom, LE3 1BY ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

  1. This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom, comprising England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, aged 18 or over.
  2. Employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies, and members of their immediate families or households, may not enter.
  3. The Promoter may request reasonable proof of an entrant's age, identity, residence and eligibility.
  4. No purchase is necessary. Making a purchase will not increase an entrant's chance of winning.

3. Promotional period

  1. The prize draw opens on 2nd September 2026, 9 AM, BST.
  2. The prize draw closes at 5:00 pm BST on 18th September 2026 ("Closing Date").
  3. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

4. How to enter

To enter, an eligible entrant must, during the promotional period:

  1. Follow @NeoCell_UK on Instagram;
  2. Like the prize-draw post; and
  3. Tag one friend in a comment on the prize-draw post.

Voting through the link in the @NeoCell_UK bio is optional. Voting is not required to enter and will not increase an entrant's chance of winning.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Additional comments or tags will not create additional entries.

Entries made through agents, third parties, automated services, scripts, macros or bulk-entry services are prohibited. Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries will not be accepted.

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are not successfully completed because of a technical failure outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

5. Prize

There is one prize consisting of:

  • BIODANCE BIO COLLAGEN-REAL DEEP MASK (4 PACK) - £14.90
  • Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun - £15.50
  • NeoCell Collagen Infusion, Collagen Advanced Marine and Collagen Hydrolysed Peptides - total £87.97

The prize has an approximate retail value of £182.36.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It may not be resold.

6. Winner selection and notification

  1. One winner will be selected from all valid entries using a verifiably random computer process. The Promoter will retain appropriate evidence showing that the selection was conducted randomly.
  2. The selection will take place by 4 days following the Closing Date.
  3. The Promoter will notify the provisional winner no later than 25 September 2026, by direct message sent only from the official @NeoCell_UK Instagram account.
  4. The Promoter will never require the winner to make a payment to claim the prize. Entrants should be alert to impersonation and scam accounts.
  5. The provisional winner must respond within 48 hours of the Promoter's message and provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.
  6. The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the provisional winner. If the provisional winner does not respond within 48 hours, cannot provide the required information, is ineligible or declines the prize, the Promoter may withdraw the prize and select a reserve winner using the same random process.
  7. The 48-hour response requirement must also be stated prominently in the promotional post.

7. Delivery

  1. The prize will be delivered free of charge to a valid residential address in the United Kingdom.
  2. The winner must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
  3. The Promoter expects to dispatch or deliver the prize within 7 days after the winner's eligibility and delivery address have been verified.
  4. The Promoter is not responsible for a delivery failure caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the winner. Where reasonably possible, the Promoter will assist the winner in resolving a delivery issue with the courier.

8. Prize availability

The Promoter intends to award the prize as described. If circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control make any part of the prize unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value and, so far as reasonably possible, of a similar nature.

9. Winner information and publicity

  1. To demonstrate that a valid award took place, the Promoter will make the winner's surname and county available to anyone who contacts socialsuk@pipingrock.com within one month after the Closing Date.
  2. Entrants may object to the publication of their information or request that the amount of information published be reduced by contacting socialsuk@pipingrock.com.
  3. The Promoter may still provide the winner's information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
  4. The winner's full name, photograph, testimonial or social-media username will be used for publicity only with the winner's prior consent. Agreeing to publicity is not a condition of receiving the prize.

10. Personal data

  1. The Promoter will process entrants' personal data to administer the prize draw, validate entries, verify the winner's eligibility and fulfil the prize.
  2. The winner may be asked to provide their full name, postal address, email address and/or phone number.
  3. The winner's delivery information may be shared with the Promoter's fulfilment provider or courier solely to deliver the prize.
  4. Personal data will be retained for 6 months, or for any longer period required to meet the Promoter's legal obligations, and will then be securely deleted or anonymised.
  5. Further information about how the Promoter uses personal data and about entrants' data-protection rights is available in the Promoter's privacy notice.
  6. Personal data collected for this prize draw will not be used for unrelated direct marketing unless the entrant has separately and freely consented to receive such marketing.

11. Food-supplement information

The prize contains food supplements intended for adults aged 18 or over. The winner must read and follow the product labels, including the ingredients, allergen information, recommended intake, storage instructions and warnings, before use.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, receiving medical treatment or living with a medical condition should seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before using the products.

Do not exceed the recommended intake. Do not use a product if its seal is broken. Keep the products out of the reach of children. If an adverse reaction occurs, stop using the relevant product and seek appropriate medical advice.

12. Changes or cancellation

If circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control make it unavoidable, the Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw. Any material change will be communicated through the same channel used to advertise the prize draw.

The Promoter will take reasonable steps to avoid unfairly disadvantaging entrants who have already participated. The prize draw will not be cancelled or materially changed merely because it has received fewer entries than anticipated.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, the Promoter will not be responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable or that results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms affects an entrant's statutory rights.

14. Instagram

This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

By entering, each entrant acknowledges that Instagram has no responsibility for the prize draw and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, releases Instagram from claims arising directly from its administration.

Entrants provide their information to the Promoter, not to Instagram.

15. General

  1. The Promoter's decisions concerning the administration of the prize draw are final, except where necessary to address a legitimate complaint. Nothing in this provision prevents an entrant from exercising their statutory rights or contacting the Advertising Standards Authority.
  2. If the Promoter reasonably believes that an entrant has breached these terms, acted fraudulently or attempted to manipulate the prize draw, it may disqualify that entrant.
  3. If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
  4. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which they live.
